Open you mouth and proclaim the Word.
Jesus had one answer when the devil attacked him: "IT IS WRITTEN." The Word of God is our sword in the spiritual realm. When you speak the Word, the atmosphere immediately shifts. It's based on your authority in Christ, not on your mood. Open your mouth and proclaim truth even if all you can muster is a whisper.

Open your mouth and praise God.
When Paul & Silas did this, prison doors broke open and chains fell off. Something supernatural happens when you worship God in the midst of great suffering!

Pray.
In Gethsemane, Jesus strongly advised his disciples to "Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak." Notice how he implies that our flesh is weak, but prayer will connect us to supernatural spiritual power. It will connect our spirit to The Spirit. Don't lean on your flesh; immediately connect to Almighty God in prayer.

Reach out.
Lean on the Body of Christ. Call a friend and pray.
When you're under attack, remember the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but MIGHTY IN GOD for pulling down strongholds.
Don't lean on your flesh (mind, intellect, physical strength). The Holy Spirit inside you has the same power that raised Christ from the dead. He doesn't get weak when you get weak.
Remember your SPIRITUAL weapons:
PROCLAIM THE WORD. PRAISE GOD. PRAY. UNITE WITH OTHER BELIEVERS.
